Pina colada Mocktail
This refreshing mocktail is a favorite for most of us. This takes us straight to the beaches and sunset. It is like a vacation in a glass. As yummy as it is, it is that easy to make!
Try this easy recipe to sweep your guest off their feet.
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
1 scoop of ice-cream
100ml pineapple juice
50ml of coconut milk
Pieces of pineapple and cherries
Recipe:
Take a blender, add frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk, ice cream and blend it together. Take a long neck glass, add few ice cubes to it, and pour the blended mixture into the glass. Add half scoop of ice-cream and top it with cherries and pineapple pieces.

Take a saucepan; add 500ml of water, lemon peel, ginger, and sugar boil it on medium flame. Once the mixture is boiled, reduce the mixture to a syrup form. Let the syrup cool down, refrigerate it for 2 hours. Strain the mixture. Take a pitcher, add ample ice to it. Pour the syrup into the pitcher and add lemon juice to it. Fill up the pitcher with soda and garnish it with lemon peels.

Lemon juice
Full lemon
Mint

Recipe:
Take the required watermelons, cut the top carefully. Use a spoon to slowly remove the flesh out. Collect the watermelon flesh in a bowl. Take a blender, add watermelon flesh, lemon juice, honey, and some mint and blend them together. Now take the hollowed watermelon, add ice to it. Pour the mixture on top of the ice, add some soda to it. Garnish it with cut lemon and mint leaves.
